T. Max Frawley, DMD
Born and raised in Lexington, SC, Dr. Max graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2008 with his Bachelor of Science and the Medical University of South Carolina in 2013 with his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.), before completing an optional, one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at East Carolina University in 2014. Dr. Max has been practicing in the Midlands since 2014 and when the opportunity arose, he fulfilled his dream in 2019 of opening his own practice in his hometown of Lexington, SC. With the constant evolution of dentistry and its techniques, Dr. Max understands the importance of staying current with his treatment for patients by staying active in continuing education with his fellow colleagues.

Dr. Max is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the South Carolina Dental Association (SCDA), and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. Dr. Max is also a participatory member in the Columbia Implant Association and the Greater Columbia Dental Association, local study clubs that meet to educate local dentists on modern advances in the dental profession.

Dr. Max takes a unique approach in building rapport with his patients. Whether it is a simple filling or more complex treatment, he holds the patientsʼ education in high regard; using visual representation and simple metaphors to help the patients better understand the necessary treatment. Furthermore, Dr. Max is known for his gentle dentistry and compassion for his patients.

Born and raised in Lexington, SC, Payton holds a Master of Art in Administration from Indiana University Bloomington. She is the dedicated practice manager, where patient care is always at the heart of her decisions. With a passion for creating a welcoming and efficient environment, she ensures both staff and patients have the best experience possible. When she’s not managing the office, Payton enjoys spending time with her three dogs and three cats, tending to her garden, drawing, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Her attention to detail and love for helping others make her an invaluable part of the team.
